Songs from my band

A song from my band, taken from a rehearsal, without bass guitar and with a mic with some weird effect. Yeah, it sounds like shit, but it gives an idea of how bad we actually are :P
Probably I should say this...
In the song you can hear (kinda):
Francisco - Voice
Me (Patricio) - Guitar and something that ressemble back up voices.
Federico - Drumms
? - Bass guitar? Where is the bass?!

Keep in mind that it's 2 megas, so if you have dial up, it will take some time to load.

I'll change the song now and then, for other rehearsals.

Prelude To Crazyness

Because it's important for me, since I wrote them, the lyrics (lemme know if you see mistakes):

Breaking glasses and showing her rage
Without knowing what she does on the stage
No direction, almost no lines
Acting on her own all the time

She's alone again
One more time
She's got no one
One more night

She tries hard but can't understand
The strange pleasure of being sure of herself
What to do, where to go
And when is tomorrow

She's alone again
One more time
She's got no one
One more night

Kicking walls made of stone
The same fucking sensation
Nobody to be her support
And to help her to wake up

Going mad
Breaking down
Getting out... of control

Another song added: As Seen On TV

This one wasn't written by me, but by my singer Francisco. You almost can't hear the guitar, and it has the same mic problems that the other song.

Lyrics:
Believe, all you see on TV
And know, what's your place in this world
Shut Up, don't even say a word
You know, what's your place in this world

Kick minds, you can't kill idea's hearth
And laugh, there's an exit now
You've got, lots to say and to do
Believe, as never seen on TV
Never seen on TV (x4)

Finally, last mp3 from this rehearsal I have... and it's me playing and singing a Green Day song! Run in panic! I was the only one who knew the lyrics so. Awfully recorded, plus the fact that I got distracted a couple times and that I can't sing. But at least my mic didn't have weird effects O_o

A few more links to songs that are on MusMAkers. Most are recorded on my computer and it's just me and my guitar.

2004-09-16 [Easterling]: Oh cool - :) - I'm going to listen to it as soon as I come home and can get to a speaker...!!

2004-09-16 [Paul Doyle]: The sound reminds me of early-1980s R.E.M., before they had to make everything orchestrated and "precious", and also reminds me of 1980s USA group Husker Du. Very cool . . . long live the unpolished rehearsals! Coolness. ^_^

2004-09-17 [All_Most PUNK]: You mean, before they learnt to play or something like that :P Thanks for the comment, btw. To you too, ELin. But don't hurry too much. I sent this song (plus a couple more) to you in the cds I included in the letter :)

2004-09-17 [Easterling]: Ah, ok - :D - thankyou!

2004-09-18 [Paul Doyle]: Well, i was thinking of albums like "Murmur" and "Reckoning" by R.E.M, and "New Day Rising" and "Zen Arcade" by Husker Du. I was being highly appreciative ;-)

2004-09-18 [All_Most PUNK]: Thanks a lot. I've never heard any of those albums. But let's make a minute of silence for Johnny *makes silence*

2004-09-18 [Paul Doyle]: Johnny? (Cash?) (Rotten?) (Carson?)

2004-09-18 [All_Most PUNK]: Ramone! I know he was the lest liked of the Ramones, but he still deserves some respect (of course, the whole Bush supporting thing wasn't so punk :P)

2004-09-18 [Paul Doyle]: Oh, yes *bows head* Marky and DeeDee are gone too, right?

2004-09-18 [Paul Doyle]: Get those albums I mentioned, by the way. They are all very cool.

2004-09-18 [All_Most PUNK]: Dee Dee is gone (od'd), but Marky is still alive. Still, the only original one alive is Tommy (Marky came later, if I'm not wrong). (Dee Dee lived in Argentina for a while). The REM albums I'll be able to get pretty easily, surely. The others may prove harder. I'll start serching for them tomorrow.

2004-09-18 [Paul Doyle]: Another cool early REM: "Chronic Town" EP (sometimes added onto B-sides collection "Dead Letter Office")

2004-09-19 [All_Most PUNK]: I got the albums (the R.E.M ones, I mean) in Mp3. I haven't burned them yet, so I haven't listen to them. BTW, if you are a REM fan, I'll have to send you the lyrics of the version of "I can't get here from there" (Dr Frank, the singer, didn't know the lyrics, so he just started singing what he understood :P Pretty weird).)

2004-10-19 [Mirime]: Oh, one thing though... it would be "Craziness" :)

2004-10-19 [All_Most PUNK]: But I don't write with K, so I can write with Y. I'll correct it, thanks.

2004-11-09 [Mirime]: oooh, new songs, drat, I'm not at home at the moment

2004-11-09 [All_Most PUNK]: One new song, the other is me and a friend talking. I'm the second one who talks.

2004-11-09 [Sunrose]: nice voice!! (que pasa contigooo :D)

2004-11-10 [All_Most PUNK]: Thanks. I was half acting, half using my radio voice :D

2004-11-10 [All_Most PUNK]: BTW, I'd love if you all wanted to give me some opinion about the lyrics and so.
